I don't often participate in swaps, but this Sweet Pouch Swap that was organised by Roslyn from Sew Delicious was too good to pass up! It also gave me a good excuse to play with zippers again. If you missed it earlier, you can check out the one that I sent to my partner Katherine from Sew Very Simple here.
My pouch from my swap partner Michelle is indeed sweet!
As were the eclairs that I found inside!!!
I love the embroidered bird on the front. Just gorgeous.
So a big sweet thank you goes out to Michelle for such a lovely pouch.
And let's not forget another big thank you to Roslyn from Sew Delicious for working so hard to host the swap. She's done a tremendous job!!!
Do you participate in craft swaps?

Yay! Love the embroidery and the ric rac! Thanks again for being part of it!
ReplyDeleteI often join crafts swaps - I've been in four (!!) so far this year. I love the sense of community, meeting new people (even if it's just online) and getting lovely mail is always nice. I'm planning to have a break from swaps now for a while but I'm sure I'll be doing more in future!
Oh it's beautiful Cass, hmmm I should get on my sewing machine and practise up for the next swap!
ReplyDeleteOh that is a sweet pouch and little birdie and well eclairs that seals the deal huh?
ReplyDeleteI have participated in swaps on forums, but it's been a long time. I've also joined in one swap since blogging and hosted one myself. So the answer is yes but a rare thing.
Cute, little pouch, Cass. Ros' swap was my first and I've signed up for a second this month.
ReplyDeleteThat is such a cute pouch!! I have so enjoyed seeing all the different pouches and how each one is so unigue and special. I have joined a couple pincushion swaps and one other pouch swap. Ros was a wonderful host and I enjoyed this one very much.
